Qi-gong wellness exercise
Founder Dr. Cheung Yung incorporated his 30 years of clinical expertise and an unbroken lineage of Fushan Wing Chun to create an easy-to-learn, high-efficacy qigong exercise that target to improve spinal health, joint health and cardiovascular health. This qigong exercise is suitable for adults aged 16 or above, particularly for those recovering from chronic pain and other illnesses.
